This is the first NFS game i bought for the psp and it is still my favorite. U can customize the cars up more than most NFS psp games but not as much as the ps2. The cops r somtimes hard to get past but at least they r on the game for a pourpose.
It is sort of easy to beat and u get a lot of free cars as u get farther up on the list. This game has excellent music by T.I. The graphics r the best and r so good they r as good as most ps2 games.
After u beat the game it is kind of boring but u can go back and race the last race on the list or do quick race. The other cars r not that hard to beat but the tracks r really hard. The background is even really good graphics for the psp.
and Lupe Fiasco and more. This game is very realistic and fun to play.
This game is insane. The car selection is great, the speed and feel of the game is very realistic with the exception of the crashes. The police is all over you and they are relentless. If you get the cheat codes or this, you will leave everyone in the dust.
Awesome racing game, if you are a newbie player this is one of the best game to start with.
One thing you will also notice when you start playing the game is that the cops will pester you to the very end. I haven't picked up any Need For Speed for a while so I decided to try this one out. The customization is okay, but nowhere near as detailed as the console versions. Lame. Unrealistic. There isn't really much of a story here, you basically read a short little paragraph about the boss racer you're trying to take down and that's about it.
The cop cars really bring down the game the most for me. The graphics are pretty good for PSP. Using NOS will let you get ahead of them like ten feet but they'll just catch up again in a matter of seconds. The music on this extremely annoying, unless you're into that whole mainstream gangsta music and even though the generic stupid rap songs on here don't compose the entire soundtrack, the rock ones on here are garbage. Can you believe they decided to put songs from Disturbed, Static-X, and Avenged Sevenfold. The fun level in this game seriously goes down when a SUV cop car will be three turns behind you and catch up to you in about five seconds despite you going 170+ mph.
Other than that though, this game is fun, only if you can get past the stupid songs and the cops that catch up to you even when you're maxing out your car.
This is a great game. It's much better than need for speed 2 (underground). The cops kinda bug but it's ok. Need for speed carbon is much better than this game though.
